Carnival Fun For The Whole Family!
The Offa Carnival takes place on the 20th July at Bellevue Park.
Supported and funded by Offa Community Council there is a whole host of activities, events and displays on show.

Entry is FREE and the Carnival kicks off at 11.00am and finishes at 4.00pm.
